We are continuously looking for designers who combine strong craft with critical thinking, research sensibility and the ability to operate within complex digital ecosystems.

What you will do

• Contribute to the design of digital products and services, from discovery to delivery.

• Participate in user research activities, including interviews, usability testing and insight synthesis.

• Translate research findings into clear design decisions, user journeys and interaction flows.

• Design interfaces that balance usability, clarity and visual quality.

• Collaborate with product, development and other design disciplines to ensure coherent solutions.

• Present and communicate design rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design quality, processes and practices.
  
  

What we look for

• Experience as a UX/UI Designer, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving and reasoning - not just visual output.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design and user-centred design processes.

• Experience working with research insights and applying them to design decisions.

• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma preferred).

• Ability to work in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Native Portuguese and fluent English.
